The work of J. Hunter is closest to mine.  The basic relationships are very similar.  If the Ratio of Times formulas are translated from absolute measures to relative measures, the basic relationships will be almost the same.  One thing interesting, the method off derivation is completely different, yet the expressions in relative measures are the same.
